Shipping policy

At PHM STUDIO, we are dedicated to delivering your products in excellent condition and within the promised timeframe. To achieve this, we collaborate with top logistics and courier companies such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, Ecom Express, and many others. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to provide a seamless delivery experience.

1. Order Placement and Payment:

  • FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the minimum order value is ₹299, and an additional charge of ₹100 applies for delivery.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a  TRACKING NUMBER
  • Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control ( customs delays, weather conditions, courier issues )
  • You cannot cancel your order once your order is shipped
  • Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. PHM STUDIOS is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect addresses.
  • Shipping Cost: Shipping cost is to be borne by the user, unless stated otherwise by us in writing.

2. Order Dispatch:

  • Processing Time: We process and dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.

  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and dispatched.

3. Delivery Timeline:

  • General Timeline: Deliveries typically take 4-12 working days.

  • Metro & Tier 1 Cities: Delivery is usually completed within 4-7 working days.

  • Tier 2, Tier 3 Cities & Rural Areas: Delivery may take 8-12 working days.

  • Possible Delays: There may be delays of 2-3 days depending on the delivery location.

4. Address and Contact Information:

  • Complete Address: Ensure your address includes House Number, Floor, Street Name, Locality, and a Landmark.

  • City, State, Zip Code: Verify that City, State, and Zip/Postal Code details are accurate to avoid misrouting.

  • Phone Number: Provide a correct and reachable phone number (preferably mobile) for any delivery-related queries.

5. Receiving Your Order and Modifications:

  • Order Alterations: To make changes to an order after confirmation, contact us via WhatsApp on +91 9051801435, Instagram DM @phmstudio, or email us at support@phmstudio.com with your ORDER No.

  • Order Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

6. RTO/ Un-delivered shipment :


We are not liable for undelivered shipment or RTO (Return to origin) due to wrong address / misinformation provided while placing an order. Refund will be processed (excluding the shipping charges)  only once the shipment returns back to us. In case of re-shipping, shipping charges has to borne by the customer.

6. RISK OF LOSS 


The items purchased through the Site are shipped by Delivery Partner, therefore, as a result, risk of loss and title for such items shall pass to you, upon our delivery to the Delivery Partner. In no case, shall we be responsible for any lost shipments.
